We judge whether you can use your design without coming into conflict with someone else's rights. We also find out if and where you can receive protection and if your design falls within any other legislation.

We are authorized to represent you directly before the European Regulatory Authority for Trade Marks and Designs, OHIM in Alicante. Even in other parts of the world, we help you to seek protection through existing international registration systems.
