Professional profile
Fredrik specializes in intellectual property law and market law, with a focus on technology related issues. Fredrik has long experience in advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters within these fields, especially in the fields of information technology and industrial design.
He has handled a large number of contentious copyright, patent and trade mark cases, many of which have been multi-jurisdictional disputes, and anti-counterfeit cases.
In addition to litigation, Fredrik also advises on the registration and exploitation of intellectual property rights and the IP aspects of acquisitions and disposals. He has experience in negotiating and advising on licensing, franchising and assigning of patents, confidential information, technology and know how transfer, trade marks, copyright and design rights.
Fredrik represents clients before general courts of law, authorities ruling on trademarks and designs, and special courts of law, such as the Swedish Market Court.
