Henrietta specialises in matters concerning intellectual property rights and commercial law. She works within several intellectual property rights areas, i. e. trademarks, tradenames, designs, and copyright. She also drafts agreements within intellectual property rights and commercial law and acts on clients’ behalf before general courts of law, authorities ruling on trademarks and designs, and special courts of law, Swedish as well as International. Henrietta also represents clients in Swedish and international domain name disputes.
