Within the media and entertainment field, we assist with advice in areas such as film, music, radio, television, internet, sports, games and magazines.
We have extensive experience of establishing contracts both in films as agreements for production, distribution and various forms of cooperation. We may also be responsible for management and licensing of rights around sound, image, text and TV formats. We also conduct analysis on the advertising and freedom of expression and press freedom.
In addition, we support the advertising and design agencies and their clients with risk analysis for marketing campaigns and other marketing activities. We are also frequently engaged in media-related negotiations and litigation.
