Mikael specialises in intellectual property rights, such as patent, trademark, design, and copyright law as well as commercial law. He drafts agreements within the intellectual property area, including all commercial agreements, and has extensive experience from litigation in civil law, especially in all areas within intellectual property, i.e. patents, trademarks, design, copyright, and market law. Mikael also has experience in commercialization of intellectual property rights, drafting and negotiating R&D contracts, licence agreements etc.
