Professional profile
Stefan specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He further assists companies with corporate law issues and has experience from most types of transactions, from small to large, both Swedish and international and participates in due diligence work as well as contract negotiations. Stefan has substantive experience from the IT/software industry and has negotiated IT/software contracts. Stefan further has assisted companies with corporate law issues and the drafting of all types of distribution and other types of commercial contracts. Stefan is and has been board member of several companies within different industries. He has since 1994 good knowledge of assisting companies i Hong Kong and China since being the chairman of the board in a Hong Kong and China based company. He appears as legal counsel before Swedish courts of law and arbitral tribunes.
