Professional profile
Susanne specializes in intellectual property matters, commercial law and domain name disputes. She negotiates and drafts agreements within several areas of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, tradenames, designs, and copyright, as well as agreements related to commercial law. She is experienced in representing parties before the Swedish general and administrative courts, and in alternative domain name dispute resolution proceedings, both in Sweden as in the international bodies administrating the procedures.
