The Lund office of the law firm of Advokatbyr\u00e5n Gulliksson is moving 14 January to become one of the first tenants of the newest landmark in Lund, the Ideon Gateway. With the move, Gulliksson is solidifying its position in the innovation centre of the \u00d6resund Region. The building, which offers a view of the entire \u00d6resund Region from the highest terrace, has been nominated as 2013 Building of the Year by Byggindustrin magazine.<\/p>\n

Advokatbyr\u00e5n Gulliksson is a commercial law firm which has had offices in the Ideon area of Lund since 2001. Along with the patent law firm of Str\u00f6m & Gulliksson, Advokatbyr\u00e5n Gulliksson was among the first to sign a lease with Ikano Fastigheter, which owns the building. Construction of Ideon Gateway began in 2010 and the building has been nominated as 2013 Building of the Year by Byggindustrin. It is one of the most modern buildings in Sweden in terms of technology and sustainability and boasts, among else, the largest solar energy system in Sweden. The firms are leasing the 17th and 18th floors, with reception on the 18th floor, where the office building\u2019s only terrace with a view over the \u00d6resund Region is situated.<\/p>\n
