Mats Ingvar<\/a> – Senior adviser, Lund
\n<\/strong>Mats experience and specialization includes Swedish and international commercial law, commercial contracts, company law, copyright and intellectual property, construction and real estate, commercial disputes.With his more than 30 years of experience as legal adviser in a number of different lines of business and industries Mats will strengthen Gulliksson on many levels.<\/p>\n

Mats is also representing clients before courts and in arbitration proceedings and is engaged as arbitrator. Mats has also experience as board secretary, board member and chairman in a number of Swedish companies and associations, some of which are subsidiaries of foreign companies.<\/p>\n

Sofia Sj\u00f6\u00f6 Borreskov<\/a> – Attorney at law, Lund
\n<\/strong>Sofia is specialized in intellectual property rights and IT law, and works mainly with intellectual property disputes. In addition, she works with regulatory issues regarding life sciences and with general business law, such as drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements. Sofia also holds a Danish law degree (cand.jur) from Copenhagen University and has experience providing legal advice to Danish clients.<\/p>\n

Therese Grennard<\/a> – Attorney at law, Lund
\n<\/strong>Therese primarily works with Intellectual Property Law and Dispute Resolution. She also works with matters concerning Commercial Law, specifically those relating to Contract Law.<\/p>\n

Elin Odebo<\/a> – Attorney at law, Malm\u00f6
\n<\/strong>Elin Odebo focuses on intellectual property law and insolvency law.<\/p>\n

Sara \u00d6rleg\u00e5rd<\/a> – Paralegal & Marketing Coordinator
\n<\/strong>Gulliksson has also strengthened the paralegal team with Sara \u00d6rleg\u00e5rd, educated at Nordic Business Institute, who also takes on the role as of the firm’s market coordinator.<\/p>\n
