Emelie specializes in intellectual property law, marketing law and emerging tech. She has broad experience in matters relating to the protection, commercialization and defense of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, company names, copyrights and patents. Emelie has global responsibility for several IPR portfolios and assists in both Swedish disputes and international cross-border cases and disputes. She also litigates at the UPC. In addition, Emelie continuously assists in marketing law matters, such as review of marketing campaigns and marketing law disputes. Emelie has been ranked by MIP IP Stars as a Rising Star since 2020 and is often recognized for her good project management skills and communication.
