Gulliksson legal advisor to Trifolico AB in the sale of Vendico Group

Gulliksson has acted as legal advisor to Trifolico AB in the sale of Vendico Group to Germany-based HARKE group.

Vendico Group, consisting of Vendico Chemicals Aktiebolag, Inventicon AB and OMNI INTERNATIONAL AB, operates in the Nordic chemical industry with a focus on the marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals.

Gulliksson’s team consisted of Håkan Hallström, Karin Strandberg and Mikaela Gisslén.
