The removals are on the way to Ideon Gateway and the top terrace floor of the building
The Lund office of the law firm of Advokatbyrån Gulliksson is moving 14 January to become one of the first tenants of the newest landmark in Lund, the Ideon Gateway. With the move, Gulliksson is solidifying its position in the innovation centre of the Öresund Region. The building, which offers a view of the entire Öresund Region from the highest terrace, has been nominated as 2013 Building of the Year by Byggindustrin magazine.

Advokatbyrån Gulliksson is a commercial law firm which has had offices in the Ideon area of Lund since 2001. Along with the patent law firm of Ström & Gulliksson, Advokatbyrån Gulliksson was among the first to sign a lease with Ikano Fastigheter, which owns the building. Construction of Ideon Gateway began in 2010 and the building has been nominated as 2013 Building of the Year by Byggindustrin. It is one of the most modern buildings in Sweden in terms of technology and sustainability and boasts, among else, the largest solar energy system in Sweden. The firms are leasing the 17th and 18th floors, with reception on the 18th floor, where the office building’s only terrace with a view over the Öresund Region is situated.

The official opening of the Ideon Gateway will take place on 17 January 2013. Gulliksson’s own opening will take place later this year, jointly with that of Ström & Gulliksson.
