Anne specializes in commercial contract law and data protection law. She assists Swedish and international clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as in matters relating to the processing of personal data.
As head of the firm’s German Desk and qualified both as a Swedish Advokat and a German Rechtsanwältin, Anne has extensive experience assisting German-speaking clients with business law matters connected to Sweden.
Anne also has a strong interest in intellectual property law, particularly copyright and trademark law, and has experience in marketing law. Her advisory work further includes general corporate and employment law matters.
