Niklas is a member of the firm’s practice group for dispute resolution and has represented clients in a wide variety of disputes concerning for example copyright, trademark, company name, asset purchase, construction and sports contracts. He has acted as counsel in several proceedings before the Swedish general courts, the Swedish patent- and market courts and the EUIPO. He has also acted as counsel in Swedish and international arbitrations under the rules of SCC, SwFA and CAS.
He is also a member of the firm’s practice group for transactions and advises on private acquisitions, divestments, business transfers, joint ventures and investments in growth companies (venture capital). His experience cover transactions across industries such as IT-services, biotech and wholesale. He also advises on general corporate matters.
Moreover, he advises clients across multiple industries on identification, protection and commercialization of their IP assets. This includes inter alia advice on rights strategies, portfolio development, transfers, licensing, infringement matters, G&D-projects and other collaborations. Niklas also deals with distribution matters and operational commercial contracts concerning e.g. manufacturing, purchase and supply, agency, retail and strategic cooperation.
