Niklas Hellsten specializes in intellectual property law and advices on identification, protection and commercialization of IP assets. This includes inter alia rights strategies, licensing and infringement situations. His expertise entails him advising on matters within related fields of law such as trade secrets, marketing and distribution. He also negotiates and drafts a wide variety of operational commercial contracts concerning e.g. agency, retail and strategic cooperation.
Niklas also has broad experience from dispute resolution and is a member of the law firm’s practice group for dispute resolution. He has acted as counsel in several proceedings before Swedish courts and in Swedish and international arbitrations under the rules of SCC, SwFA and CAS.
Niklas is moreover a member of the firm’s practice group for transactions and experienced in dealing with general corporate matters, private M&A and investments in growth companies (venture capital).
