Commitment, expertise and experience has given three of Gulliksson’s employees, Magnus Dahlman, Erik Esaiasson and Ulrika Nordenvik, the honorable award IP Rising stars in the MIP (Management Intellectual Property) ranking for 2018.
– Intellectual property rights is an important and ever-existing area of law that constantly challenges me with new problems and issues because of technical progress and globalization for example. It is honorable to get attention for this work, says Senior Associate Ulrika Nordenvik who specializes in dispute resolution and contract law.
Ulrika primarily works with litigation, in particular within the intellectual property law field. She also assists clients in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, inter alia license and R&D agreements as well as agreements concerning supply and distribution. She also handles data protection and privacy issues.
Senior Associate Erik Esaiasson, who represents Gulliksson’s clients in both court and arbitration proceedings, comments;
