Per has extensive experience in representing both national and international clients in complex and often cross-border matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, marketing law as well as all areas of intellectual property law and litigation, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical, life sciences sectors and the IT-industry. He also advises clients within general commercial law. Per is also a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney, Authorized Patent Attorney and a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney, and now also a registered representative before the UPC.
