Gulliksson law firm has acted as adviser to K.W. Bruun Automotive AB in connection with the Danish K.W. Bruun Group’s acquisition of a majority stake of the shares in J Bil AB. J Bil AB is currently an authorized car dealer for K.W. Bruun trademarks such as Peugeot, Opel, Citroën och Mitsubishi with business facilities on four different locations in the Stockholm area and three different locations in the Gothenburg area.
K.W. Bruun Group is responsible for the import to Sweden of Stellantis’ trademarks such as Citroën, DS, Opel, Peugeot and Mitsubishi
