Gulliksson is growing – and welcomes new employees

Recruits lawyers

Ebba Bosma
Ebba primarily works with Intellectual Property Law, Dispute Resolution and general business law. She is specialized in entertainment law and especially in copyright and music law and has a law degree from Lund University.

Jessika Skargren
As a former judge Jessika has a great experience regarding procedural issues in contentious matters. She mainly focuses on the procedural aspects of our litigation cases. Jessika has a law degree from Stockholm University. Jessika’s competences cover dispute resolution, litigation law, contract law as well as intellectual property.

Sara Eilert
Sara primarily works with intellectual property law, contract law and dispute resolution. Sara joined Gulliksson following several years of service in Swedish courts of general jurisdiction and she therefore has a lot of experience regarding procedural issues.

Emil Ekberg

Emil Ekberg mainly works with insolvency cases with a focus on matters concerning commercial law, dispute resolution and insolvency law. Furthermore, he drafts and reviews contracts, advises clients on commercial matters and assists in bankruptcy proceedings. Emil has a law degree from Lund University.

Recruits paralegals
Gulliksson has also strengthened the team of paralegals to the office in Malmö.

Malin Lundgren
Malin is a paralegal/legal assistant trained at Påhlmans Handelsinstitut i Stockholm . She primarily works with Swedish and international intellectual property.

Linda Wingren
Linda is a paralegal and works primarily with insolvency law on the bankruptcy department, but also as a legal assistant in business law. She has an education from Malmö University and Lund University.
